Bronkhorst High-Tech B.V. instruments only support range 0x80h – 0x96. It is used as follows:

0x80: DDE parameter 12 control mode = 0

0x81: DDE parameter 12 control mode = 1

0x82: DDE parameter 12 control mode = 2

Etc.
